Dr. Aravind Meka

Dr. Aravind Meka, MBBS, MD (Paediatrics), DPAA, is a highly experienced Consultant Paediatrician and Paediatric Allergist with over 10 years of clinical experience in child healthcare. He completed his MBBS from Mahadevappa Rampure Medical College, Gulbarga (2012) and his MD in Paediatrics from Narayana Medical College, Nellore (2016). He further specialized in allergy and asthma by earning a Diploma in Paediatric Allergy and Asthma (DPAA) in 2023 through GRIPMER, New Delhi, in collaboration with the University of Colorado, Denver, USA. He is registered with the Telangana State Medical Council (TSMC/FMR/33898).

Dr. Aravind’s clinical expertise includes the management of allergies and asthma, developmental assessment, pediatric emergencies, infections, newborn care, and nutrition. He is also experienced in handling critical care cases in PICU and NICU settings, along with immunization and vaccination practices, ensuring comprehensive pediatric care.

He has completed several key certifications, including Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) in 2022 and 2024 at Yashoda Hospitals, Hyderabad, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) in 2015 at Tirupati, an Asthma Training Module in 2015 at Nellore, and a Basic Pediatric Intensive Care Course in 2024 at Yashoda Hospitals, Hyderabad.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Aravind has contributed to academic research with his study titled, “A Correlation of Cord Blood Bilirubin and Neonatal Hyperbilirubinemia in Newborns in the Setting of ABO Incompatibility,” reflecting his strong interest in neonatal care and evidence-based medical practice.
